Introduction
Maktoum Bin Mohammed Al Maktoum Moot Court Competition in as academic competition intended for students at all the Law universities and colleges in United Arab Emirates. The competition includes two phases:
  • Phase 1: Preparation of written memos on the basis of facts and presumptions (the case).
  • Phase 2: Oral pleading between competitive teams from universities and colleges in front of a judicial arbitration panel.
The competition is organized annually by Dubai Courts, and proceeding with the vision on preparing a practiced future generation of legal experts.

  • Improve Practical Aspects Of Legal Knowledge Among Law Students.
  • Provide Practical Working Application For Law Students Based On Facts.
  • Motivate Law Students To Seek Their Career In The Judicial Field.
  • Enhance The Competitive Spirit Among Law Students By Developing Practical Approaches. Building Bridges Of Communication Between The Judiciary System And Law Colleges.
Participation
Maktoum Bin Mohammed Al Maktoum Moot Court Competition consist of two phases:
    Phase l : Submitting the competition participation form and the written memos by the colleges shall be submitted to the higher committee of the competition.
    Phase ll : implementation of the general and final rounds, including oral pleading between the participated teams.
